Registration Policies:

  1. There will be NO refunds for 2019 races.
  2. Entries are non transferable to another participant.
  3. Participants must present a photo ID and sign a release-from-liability waiver at check-in.
  4. Race Management reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to unfavorable conditions.
  5. Registration fees are not refundable in the event of cancellation due to "Acts of God".
  6. All pre registered participants signed up at least 1 WEEK IN ADVANCE are guaranteed the race shirt size they requested during the registration process. Late sign ups are not guaranteed the shirt size of their choice, shirts will be given on a first come first serve basis. We will do our best to get everyone the shirt size they want.

Race Waiver:

WAIVER AND RELEASE: I hereby certify that I have carefully read, understand, and agree to the Entry Form and the Terms and Conditions including but not limited to information about risk, preparation, medical condition, authorization for assistance, rules concerning the race, and the waiver and release of all claims. In consideration of your accepting this entry into and participation in the Magnolia Meltdown race (the “Event”), I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby, for myself, my estate, my heirs, spouse, children, executors, administrators, and any legal and personal representatives, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against St. Dominic Health Services, Inc. and all of its subsidiary or affiliated entities, Start 2 Finish, LLC, the City of Ridgeland, all volunteers, sponsors and any other organizations or individuals associated with the Event, their employees, representatives, successors, and assigns (each of the foregoing an “Event Coordinator”) for any and all liabilities, damages or injuries suffered by me in the Event or arising out of participation in the Event, including death, even if such liability, damage or injury arises from the negligence or carelessness of an Event Coordinator. I assume all risks associated with running in this Event, including but not limited to: falls, contact with other participants or spectators, the effects of adverse weather conditions, including rain, high heat and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road (including natural or manmade objects), all such risks being known and appreciated by me. I attest and verify that I am sufficiently fit, healthy enough to participate in the Event, and have trained in preparation for this Event. Further, I hereby grant permission to any Event Coordinator to use, publish or distribute any and all photographs, videos, recordings, or any other records of me from this Event for any purpose whatsoever. I acknowledge I will receive no compensation, or royalties associated with the use of my/our images. I acknowledge that entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and entries are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Sorry, no exceptions. Once we receive and accept your entry, you will not receive a refund if you cannot participate.
